PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS
Waydante will gladly accept returns for merchandise purchased on Waydante.com. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and sent WITHIN 60 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE.
Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. Refunds will be applied back to the original form of payment. We reserve the right to refuse worn merchandise. Returned merchandise should be packed in its original packaging – both the box and outside shipping carton if the outside shipping carton is in a suitable condition.
Returns purchased on Waydante.com will also be accepted from international customers, however, international customers are responsible for any overseas shipping costs, applicable customs fees, and applicable charges for duty.
HOW TO INITIATE A PRODUCT RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. Go to the Contact Us page.
2. Fill in the columns with your Name, Email and Order ID in the Subject field. In the “Message” field please explain the reason of the return/exchange.
3. Click the “Send a message” button to initiate the process.
